Transport between Larnaca Airport and Paphos

I am hoping to travel to Paphos in March from Kefalonia via Athens. What forms of transport are there from Larnaca airport to Paphos and where can I find information about them? The flights I have in mind would mean an overnight stay at a hotel near Larnaca airport and travelling onwards to Paphos the next day. Can you also recommend a suitable and convenient hotel?

Travelling from Larnaca airport to Paphos

Your options are either bus, hire car or taxi. There are also group taxis where people club together to share the cost, though I'm not sure if they are available directly from the airport.
