I am visiting soon and wondered if there are touring companies that do day trips to go skiing?

If you can't find any on Google then probably not. But all you need to do is hire a 4x4 (as you will need one if the roads are snowy around Troodos) and drive to the ski hut on Mount Olympus where you can rent skis and get your lift pass either for the day or afternoon half day.
