Worst Cyprus restaurant - Ferios in Troodos square

Avoid the Ferios restaurant in Troodos square.
Most restaurants in Troodos square are expensive and the menu is poor. On a cool windy day in Troodos yesterday (Sept 08) we ordered bowls of soup after riding some of the trails around the area. We only did this, despite being aware of the sub standard fare usually offered by places in the square as our clients needed something warm to eat.
The soup was quite frankly disgusting - completely tasteless, all the flavours ordered looked and tasted the same, it was pure water with a slight color and they had the cheek to charge almost € 5 euros per bowl.
They have a ready market as hungry tourists have no other option unless they have brought their own food.
Please do NOT visit this appalling restaurant which gives a bad name to the great Cypriot cuisine on offer on the island. If you are hungry, get in your car and go to Platres instead.
