Travel to Cyprus with Turkey passport stamp

No there is no problem. While the island of Cyprus is still divided, you can freely cross over the border between the Republic of Cyprus in the southern part of the island (includes Paphos) and the Turkish occupied northern part of the island.

If you have previously travelled to Turkey, there is no problem.
