Can 16 year olds rent an apartment in Cyprus? If not what age ?

I'm not 100% certain, but I think you need to be 18 years old ie. an adult before you can rent an apartment or you need to have a job with proof of income, so that the owner can ensure rent will be paid on time.

Alternatively, the apartment could be rented by your parents, as many students studying do, to get round any age limitation.
