Cats in Protarus

Are cats a problem in Protarus ie restaraunts pool areas and beaches as my wife has a phobia about them no probs with one or two but cats in restaraunts will be a no go I await your reply cheers alan

Cats near restaurants in Cyprus

Hello Alan

Sorry but I don't know as I live on the opposite side of the island. I can tell you that here in the Latchi/Polis region, cats in and around restaurants are not a problem as the local animal rescue charity has a neutering programme to control the cat population. They also feed any strays.

I would think there is something similar on the east of the island, but to be sure I would suggest you ask on one of the many Facebook groups used by the expat community here in Cyprus. Just search for groups in that region and someone will answer you.
