Tranquil sunny pool area
Pano Arodes village is just a few minutes drive from the village of Kathikas which has several restaurants and tavernas, all frequented regularly by the locals, so if self catering isn't your thing, head for one of the village tavernas to enjoy a great meal at a much lower price than what is charged on the coast.
The village itself lies mid-way between the coastal towns of Polis and Paphos, both of which offer plenty of water sports and a variety of beaches.
Spacious kitchen diner leading to the lounge area
If you want to dine al fresco in the warm summer months, just eat by the pool. Alternatively, head indoors in the cooler months to eat in the kitchen diner pictured here.
In terms of layout, the main bedroom and upper level twin room have their own balconies while the lower level twin bedroom is accessed through an archway from the kitchen. Akamas Peninsula villa is fully air conditioned allowing rooms to be cool in summer and warm in winter by reversing the air con to heat the rooms.
Tip: For tavernas in Kathikas village, Choose from Yianni's, Imogens (great for vegetarians), Petradaki, The Farmyard and also the great value Fytos takeaway/cafe taverna - just 10 for the biggest pork chop you've ever seen, grilled to perfection and served with lots of extras plus a dessert!
