It's half day on Wednesdays in Polis. That means that "most" shops shut at 1 pm - you will find a few open until 1.30pm but no later. Some will shut even earlier if they have no customers.
For information, most shops in Polis and Paphos shut every lunchtime between 1 and 3pm. But restaurants and bars will be open...
