Weddings in Cyprus

I am looking at getting married in Cyprus next October in the Latchi area as my parents have a holiday apartment there. We would like to get married on either a boat or on the beach, we have found the website for the boat at Latchi harbour but am unsure as to how you go about asking to be married on a beach and vicar etc.

Hope someone can help so we can make final decisions and move onto next stage of planning.
