Villa Mermaid Coral Bay

Hi

I was wondering if you could answer this (obviously to the best of your knowledge). We are considering booking Villa Mermaid for 1 week in June 2018. Having looked the villa on google earth I see that 2 properties down appears to have lots of what look like Lorries parked up and right next to the villa is a plot of land that looks ready for development. Is there anyway to get any assurance that no building work is ongoing/planned and confirmation that the "lorry" busy property nearby doesn't cause any undue noise, dust clouds etc.
Perhaps you know the villa mermaid owner and could ask them direct
