Yes you can. Because Cyprus is a divided island you can't fly to the TRNC - Turkish Republic of (Northern) Cyprus from any other country than Turkey. You can however fly into Larnaca in the south of the island and cross the border into the "North" as there are no longer any restrictions of movement.
In the past you had to be careful not to get your passport stamped if you went into the TRNC but now, whether you have visited the TRNC or the Turkish mainland, there's no problem in visiting Southern (Greek speaking) Cyprus.
