Sorry not sure about Gluten free products in the TRNC but as they sell them here in the South, you should be able to find similar products in the North. Mainly in the Kyrenia region I would think as that's the main town.
Thre are not as many ex pats in the TRNC as in the South of the island, but there are enough for a demand in gluten free products. If in doubt, take a supply of your own products, just in case.
