Argaka is one of the most popular areas for villa holidays in Cyprus. Roselia villa is owned and managed by our former neighbours and maintained to the highest standard anywhere in Cyprus.

The villa has truly spectacular views across Chrysochous Bay and the sunsets are to die for.

This beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa sleeps 6 persons and is located a few hundred metres from the beach in an orange grove, alongside Roselia's sister properties Leticia and Wisteria, all of which are available to book for the winter season ONLY at the same special price of €300 per week. You will not get a lower price for such a beautiful property anywhere in the area.

Roselia villa is detached with its own private pool, modern tasteful furnishings and is surrounded by lush gardens offering total privacy from her sister villas. The forest area behind the villa offers numerous opportunities for walking and cycling or you can just relax by the pool or watch the latest sports on the satellite TV.

As the villa is located near the coast, heating is usually only needed in the coldest months of January and February. The villa has AC units throughout which can be used to provide heat if it gets cold.
