Stay in one of these secluded Cyclades style modern villas situated in the tranquil rural village of Pachyammos with spectacular coastline views towards Pomos and the Akamas peninsula beyond.

Large Holiday Villas for 12-20 people

Pachyammos is a tiny village situated on the rugged north western coast, approximately 20 mins drive from Polis. Far from the madding crowds, even in high summer, this location is perfect for large groups of 12 or even 20 people wanting to stay together or for anyone looking for a little piece of paradise on perhaps the prettiest corner of the island.

Pachyammos luxury villas offer tranquil accommodation for a real get away from it all holiday; enjoy mountain walks from the villa door, swim in the deep blue sea only a few hundred metres away or simply relax beside the private pool.

Pomosholidayvilla

There are 4 villas to choose from, Galene and Afros which have 2 bedrooms (one double and one with twin-beds) or Ino and Posseidon which have 3 bedrooms, one double, one single and one with twin-beds, (sleeping five people). All are en-suite and have fantastic views of the sea. A camp-bed is also available to accommodate an additional person in any of the villas.

All living rooms are tastefully furnished with leather sofas, arm-chair and stool, wooden dining table and six chairs, TV (UK sky satellite), DVD, CD player and original art works by the owner's daughter.

Each villa kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with fridge-freezer, micro-wave, dishwasher, oven, grill, hob, kettle, iron&board, washing machine, clothes dryer and a full range of cutlery etc. Outside areas have plenty of space for lounging on the sun beds or sitting under an umbrella by the pool, and there is a BBQ for al fresco dining.

Pachyammos luxury villas are great value in both low and high season and special long term rents are available - just ask the owner. For larger groups booking several villas at the same time, further discounts are also available as are special rates from medium to long term bookings over the winter months.

NB This is one of the few locations on the west of the island where large groups of up to 20 people can stay in the same place yet have the privacy of their own private space.

Early bookings are advised for wedding and/or large group parties.

Cost From €480 per week for the 2 bedroom villas and €600 per week for the 3 bedroom villas.
