Nissi beach in Ayia Napa is probably the best beach on the island as it is simply gorgeous! Pure white sand, clear blue waters and close to all the nightlife in Ayia Napa.

Ok it does get VERY busy in summer but that's what you go on holiday for, to meet new people and have lots of fun! Well, I am only 19 so I think it's great anyway but older people might prefer the beaches you show on the west of the island.

Macronisi beach Cyprus

Go around the corner away from Ayia Napa to Macronisi beach. Brilliant for children, not too busy even when crowded, shallow with very good digging sand!!

Nissi beach is indeed very beautiful, at least when it is empty! I have yet to visit it as I hate crowded beaches.

Thanks for sharing your lovely photograph to show other visitors how nice the beaches on the east side of Cyprus are.
