Situated in one of the most beautiful villages in Cyprus, this two storey townhouse offers outstanding value for money as it can sleep up to 6 persons. The Akamas peninsula is a haven for nature and outdoor lovers and Neo Chorio village is located on the very fringes of the national park with amazing views of both the rugged Akamas and the shimmering blue sea around Latchi harbour. The quaint village of Neo Chorio with its narrow streets offers authentic village dining in one of three tavernas, including our favourite, the Kouppas stone castle. Alternatively, guests can make the short drive to Latchi for a selection of mouthwatering fish dishes or dine in one of the many restaurants in Polis. This townhouse is part of a small complex of 20 properties with a communal pool situated at the top of the village with wonderful views over the Akamas on one side and sea/mountain views on the other. The property has 2 bedrooms, one with a double Queen size bed and patio doors opening onto a large balcony. The other has two oversize single beds with a pool view but no balcony - ideal for kids! Each bedroom is well fitted with wardrobes, dressing table and all linen and towels are provided. There is also an ipod docker and radio in the master bedroom. There are two fully tiled bathrooms, one with bath and shower, the other with shower only. The kitchen is well equipped and has an oven, a halogen hob (easy to clean!), fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. The spacious lounge has a 3 and a 2 seater sofa. The 3 seater converts to a quality double sofa bed with mattress. A patio door leads out to the front terrace for al fresco dining and if you have to stay in, there's a TV with DVD player, a large coffee table and a traditional fireplace for winter months. NB: The property has air conditioning units in both bedrooms and living areas which can be reversed to provide heat in cooler months. More pictures to tempt you...
