I forgot my driving licence will I be able to hire a car in Pissouri? I can get a scanned copy sent to me

It will probably depend on the car hire company.. Yes they will need your driving licence and may accept a scanned copy but I can't advise on the individual requirements for a specific car hire company.

Most will also want another form of ID to make sure the scanned copy isn't a fake and/or stolen for example, so I suggest you take along your passport or other form of identification so they can match a scanned copy of your driving licence with the second form of ID.
