Your ISP (internet service provider) or web-mail service eg. Hotmail may use special mail filtering software to prevent any SPAM from entering your inbox. You might also have a filtering device if you have a protection service like Macafee installed.

Unfortunately, these filtering systems sometimes filter out the mail you DO want to receive too!

To ensure that our E-Zine is not deleted or filtered into a "junk" folder, please add our domain:

to your address book/contact list (in your e-mail software) and to your ISP or mail service's "whitelist" (which tells your ISP to allow mail from that particular source).
