Best Meze in Protaras Cyprus

If you're traveling to Cyprus, one of the things you must try whilst you're there is traditional Cyprus Meze. A little like Spanish Tapas (but better!) Meze is a taste of many different authentic Cypriot dishes and Windmills Family Restaurant in Pernera near Protaras do it better than anywhere!
The family run restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere and we were given a really warm welcome by the staff. The Meze consisted of around 20 dishes and was an absolute feast for both the eyes and the appetite! (You'll need a healthy appetite - the courses just keep on coming!) A great tip: just eat a little of everything and save room for the next courses, which arrive throughout the evening - everything is left on the table so you can always go back for more, if you have room!

Our night out at Windmills was the best night of our holiday and one of my best dining experiences ever and if you're going to try Meze, you should definitely try it there.
