Bad experience with Decodecarrental.com in Cyprus
On August 26 used your link to book hire car 13th -19th sept. Received booking voucher & Confirmation No. by email. Arrived at Larnaca airport tired & expecting to be greeted by local rep with car. After looking for half an hour we phone local contact number. Person who answered the phone knew nothing about our booking. When I asked what do I do, he replied go book an other car at desk. I booked a car with an alternative company at a much greater cost due to short notice. On Monday midday I tried to call the UK help desk number on our email, it rang out; I tried about twenty times up until Tuesday evening. I have contacted my credit card provider & we are in the process of stopping payment witch was debited on 30/08/10. Just thought you should be aware of this in case decodecarrental.com are no longer in operation.
