Am I qualified to apply for a British Passport

I am from Philippines, got married with a Greek Cypriot last 14th March 2014, we are currently living here in Nicosia, Cyprus. My husband is also a British Citizen and he holds a British passport which expired last 02 Feb 2011, Is there any chance it will qualify me to apply for British Passport and our baby?

I'm not an expert on passport qualifications. You would need to check with the British embassy in Nicosia. You should be able to apply for a Cypriot passport as you are married to a Cypriot - this entitles you to enter Europe without restriction.
